Shipping Method 

All orders shipped within the UK are FREE.

Note: ALL Packages will require a signature. 

European Orders

Shipping costs are offered at a Flat Rate per order. Tariffs, duties, and import taxes will be the sole liability of the receiver, and will normally need to be paid in advance by the receiver before delivery. The courier should be in contact with you via email text, or phone call to collect the import duties and taxes if due. Please keep an eye on your tracking number to keep up to date with the parcel, to ensure any delays are minimised. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or returns.

International Orders

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time. Please email us at hello@joandpa.com  (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm ET) to make special arrangements if necessary.

All products come wrapped in our special branded custom dust bags.

Bespoke products will be given an approximate delivery date, due to all items been handmade, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

All orders are sent via tracking, and you will be sent a tracking number upon dispatch.
